1hr late for trng.
mr tok was back with us for trngs.:D
we had soccer after trng with the sprinters and the juniors.
michelle plays scoccer like a guy.
haha.
form trainings.
although it looks like a easy trng.
weights before the run made
the intensity so high.
200m X 10, 400m, 800m all out.
need to work on my landing posture.

we wanted to study but it turn out
to be naps and jokes sessions.
slp so much.

and then laugh so hard.

dad booked me for outing on wed.

i need a haricut.
and i shall have one tml.

so much emotions going on ytd.
when i played the guit for the camp
and 100+ of us sing the song
one last time in the camp
when everyone's dismissed.
the chapter of my 3 years in sph exco
officially ended.
only 5 out of the 14 exco members
are able to stay to form the 12th exco.
the ediors called for a debrief for the exco.
and there was so much crying going on.
the girls. my vjc asst. xiaohua.
the people we meet every sunday
in that meeting room in sph.
the meetings.
the post meeting funn.
the stress in organising events.
and the funn in executing ideas
alot of us in j2 worked together for long;
since the 9th exco.
was forced to step down due to j2 stress.
For me,
3 years, 2 terms of leading the group of zhao.
every year i see ppl come and go.
worked with the people given to me.
the challenge to bring ppl together and form bonds
in the 5 events within a year
is one of the most interesting task
and i really enojoyed doing it.
suggested names of sucessors to take over.
and we left the camp site, where we first met
3 years ago. the same place. the same people.
